Kilburn Square Housing Co-op is a Tenant Managed Organisation who manages some 246 dwellings of various tenures for the London Borough of Brent.

We manage both secure tenancies and leasehold dwellings. We help residents to live independently in their own homes and the residents are full members who all have a say in how the estate is managed.

We also are responsible for the estate grounds and all communal areas in regards cleaning, caretaking and maintenance, we manage all tenancy matters and offer general advice on leasehold matters.

We communicate with our residents through a regular newsletter and meetings.

The Board of the Co-op meets 3 times a month to discuss management issues. The Co-op holds two general meetings each year and an annual general meeting where all residents are welcome.

The Co-op also holds regular events for all of its residents and have a summer play scheme and after school project for its younger residents.

The Co-op ha s a coffee morning and an afternoon session for its senior residents where they can sit and relax, share stories, use the computers in its purpose built community hall.
