Rent collection and rent arrears:

The Co-op is responsible for collecting 101% of all rent payable, and as such has a dedicated Housing Officer who with the support of the Estate Director carries out weekly monitoring of all of its rent accounts.

All accounts in arrears will be contacted by letter and if no agreement is reached to reduce and clear the arrears, the matter could be referred to Court for action to recover the debt.

The Co-op urges all tenants who are in rent arrears to contact the office for advice and assistance.
